Steve K. Marks has built his career on a simple premise: injured people deserve a lawyer who actually knows their name, understands their story, and treats their case like the only one on the desk. Every client at the firm works directly with Steve — not a case manager or a rotating team of associates.
Licensed in both California (Bar #264658) and Florida, Steve represents victims of car and truck collisions, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, premises liability, and other negligence-based claims in state and federal courts. His practice regularly involves litigation against national insurance carriers and commercial defendants.
