Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on site, referring website, and general location (city/region level) via cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies, including analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and advertising/retargeting pixels if used.
Information from the AI chat assistant: Conversations with "Ask Marks AI" may be logged and reviewed by our staff to follow up on your inquiry and to improve the assistant's responses. Do not share sensitive medical or financial account details in the chat that you are not comfortable being reviewed by our team.
